Women in Construction Week

The week of March 6th is "Women in Construction Week." On March 9, 2023, we had 5 Local 447 women go down to the State Capital Senate Chamber to be a part of Senator Angelique Ashby of the 8 District, where she presented a resolution officially proclaiming it Women in Construction Week.
I would like to acknowledge the women that represented Local 447: Heidi Walker, Tiffany Moore, Destiny Ford, Carmen Kuykendall and Shelby Ritchie. I would like to recognize all of our Local 447 women members and acknowledge them for their service and commitment.
